Payment processed but phone not working

my payment stopped and I paid my bill and it went through, but my phone still won’t make calls

you used the PM app and reached the end of the activation ?

you are activating eSIM or physical sim card?

What phone you are using? tried Reset All networks or tried the sim on another phone?
