Payment processed but no change

My payment was due Dec 20. There’s enough funds in my account but my plan is still expired. It’s been expired since yesterday and I can’t make or receive any calls or texts. 
when I try to reactivate my account it just says enough funds available but still doesn’t apply it to my payment.

Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437). You’ll need to login first to your Community account for the link to work.

As you wait for moderator help, you could try to manually load $1 into your available funds.  This trick will sometimes re-start the renewal process.
