It is quite easy to select a solution by mistake, I have done it in error as well.

Some more info will assist with diagnosing the issue. Whether it is for plan renewal or add ons,etc. Whether it is in your available balance, what your transaction history shows.

What do you try to accomplish? Restore service? Just to add few $?
Do you see charge on your credit card?
There are many answers and suggestions on your question.
One is try another browser.

HI @L2R What was the error you got?
You account is now suspended and you are trying to pay and reactivate?
Did you try to use the option "Other" instead of "Amount Due"? Please try paying once again using the "Other" option there, but you will then need to enter the amount you want to pay. Try it that way

How did you make the payment? Do you see the balance on your account? Are your services working?
