Payment on blocked account not credited to new account. How do I resolve this?

HI @DL6 

PM usually would not move funds between account.  The most they will do is refund back to the credit card and it is up to you to add enough funds onto the new account

Please check with PM support agent.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
