So i used my debit visa to pay and it took money from mu bank account but nothing showed up for money on public mobile. My money litterally went nowhere. Please please please

@Doomfist, check the payment history in your self serve account to see if it matches your banking records.

Maybe screenshot your payment history page. Omit any personal information. That might help determine what happened with your money.

When you log into your self serve account - does your status show active or suspended ?
Do you still have service ?
