Hi,
I just went to activate my account, and made my payment but it said something went wrong, try again later. Is the system down for payments right now?

Can you please confirm, did your payment go through successfully after using a different web browser?

Thank you I will check my bank statement! I was able to call out again, so I would say the payment was probably received, but I will confirm that to make sure. Thanks for your prompt reply!

PM recently upgraded their website and now there's a couple of fine-tuning issues.
Suggestions...try using incognito mode, clear history, or try a different web browser. I use Firefox and seems to work fine.
Alternative...try again later on today.
edit'd...check your bank statement to see if payment went through. If so...no need to start over.
