Payment issue

Im beyond fed up with this company! I have no phone service because it will not allow my updated payment method.  So I have constantly had to go purchase vouchers.  All of a sudden no one is selling public mobile vouchers!!!! My service is now suspended and I have no phone service. I need my phone desperately for personal saftey issues, and Im freaking out. Can't get proper help, and I can't find a number for customer support! Yet this company advertises the number for suicide help! Go figure! Public Mobile is a complete joke!

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes

if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again.  When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled) 

but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers.  Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:

On top of physical stores, you can also buy online with extra service fess: buy from muskbird.com , ding.com , recharge.com

to update payment card, download the app to your cell. Tap on the Payment tab...scroll down to see Update Card Information. You should be able to update payment card that way.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  Yes, recently a few of the regular sellers of vouchers have pulled out.  Here is the updated list:

You could purchase online also, but there are service fees.  Muskbird.com offers the cheapest fees.

Canada Tire, No Frill and RCSS have the Public Mobile payment vouchers available. If you're stuck, use on-line payment vouchers form Muskbird.com, recharge.com and ding.com. Cheapest user fees are with muskbird.
