Hi,
My services are on hold as my credit card details had changed. I changed the credit card details and now how to make payment for my subscription so that my services are resumed asap. Thanks.

Add funds from your new card manually and then service will either automatically resume or you will see button 'resume'. Click on it and service will continue.

You will need to make a manual payment to resume service by call 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC then login to your account and make sure the Subscribe button is enabled for future payments.

@Zahabiyah you can also purchase a voucher from some specific retailers, and then add the payment by dialing #611, or entering the voucher through your My Account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds

log in to your account and RESUME service. Make sure that Subscribed is enabled also.
