I seem to have lost connection to the network this afternoon (roughly 4hrs now). At first I thought it might be an outage but when I check the Telus outage map there doesn't seem to be anything in my area, or even my province (Ontario).
Anyone else having issues??

No, I'm between Ottawa and Carleton Place, so the opposite end from Gloucester.

but since GTA had some network outage report, so, it could be an Ontario problem

Double checked. I had a credit on my account, but I am subscribed and next payment isn't until June 23.

A suspended account doesn't cause cellular network disconnection. The phone would still be connected to the cellular network and incoming text messages from Public Mobile such as the 2FA EverSafe code still come through on suspended accounts.

I'm going to ask a silly question that a lot of people tend to overlook. Have you logged into your account to confirm your 30 day plan is paid? Sounds silly but happens often.

Both Telus and Bell can be a little bit....insincere when it comes to outage reporting. Sounds like your problem could be related to the reported outage alright.
added...if you both have hard sims, try swapping with each other to see if his works in your cell. (this suggestion won't work if you use esim)

Have tried the reboot already.
Husband is a Koodo user and his phone is connected to the network.

Might want to try a reboot of your phone (if not tried already).
Even network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
Anybody else that you know have outage issues? Telus or Bell customers?

depends on your locale...I see an outage reported in Ottawa & Toronto area. Could that be affecting you too ?
