Payment issue trying to switch to new subscription and I have the funds

Hello12
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Help! It’s been days of trying to figure this out and submitted several tickets.
I’ve tried calling with two different credit cards and they say they sorry we can’t please call your bank.

I use these cards all the time I don’t know what is happening but my data is about the expire and I’m trying to switch to a subscription that has more asap.

I would recommend trying again with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or a different device. Or try the PM app.

You may need to try again in 24 hours.  Make sure postal code of credit card matches your area code of phone number.

If you need service right away, you should purchase a payment voucher.  Either in store (Shoppers, Shell gas station) or online (recharge.com - service fee applies).  Load up fund either via self service or dialing 611 on your phone.

I sense that a payment card once locked out is not always successfully unlocked by time, they remain in the penalty box.  This problem requires a revisit despite claims of resolution.  Perhaps there are new and different causes that are not yet fully dealt with.

Hey @Hello12

First, this is how you can reach a CS Agent.

To submit a ticket, start with the chatbot at the bottom right corner.

Or the following link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Public Mobile is having issues with credit card payments. Speak to a CS Agent to help resolve this.

If your phone is not working or about to expire within 48 hours, you can purchase a voucher at Shoppers Drug Mart for example and dial 611 to load it. This will at least give you some more time till a CS Agent can help you fix this.
