Is there any way to ask for a credit? My daughter switched to a different provider on the day of her monthly payment but she did not cancel her plan on time and my credit card was charged for one month's payment. How can ask to credit this amount, if possible? thank you in advance!

You can ask your credit card to reverse the charge for product not received

It could be salvageable, @frenkeli
If your daughter moved to a TELUS provider (either TELUS or Koodo), there may be an opportunity to transfer the credit to either of their services as a gesture of loyalty.
This is because TELUS owns Koodo and Public Mobile.
If they're unwilling to do this, (or if she moved to a different mobile provider) claim a chargeback against the payment card on the basis that the payment was made at the time of finalizing the service and your daughter did not receive the benefit of services paid for. It's a stretch, but worth the effort.
EDIT: @frenkeli , if you need to reach out to Public Mobile to formally make this request, here's how:
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
