Hi,
My credit card expired and now I can't access my phone. I'm trying to login to update but forgot which email and/or password I setup. After I selected Forgot Password and provided my (current) email address and a new password., the Login screen still complained Invalid Login.
Please help!

No go on clearing cache. I tried with different browsers, same problem.
I'm not sure if the reset password did anything. It did sent an authorization code to my phone to complete the password update but after that, I still can't login.

If you were able to reset your password to your email, than perhaps the rest of the issues are cache ones @Jasmine2022
Open a tab in incognito mode, then use the "Sign In" option at the top right of the Community page to access My Account:
Then log in using the new password you set up that was sent to your email.
