Hi there,
My account got deactivated because I was unable to pay, and whenever I try to add funds to the card it says error, try again soon. What do I do? I can’t verify my account to submit a ticket because my sms doesn’t work because they deactivated my plan, and the website won’t let me verify through account details even though I filled it all out. What do I do??

use browser from computer, and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login.
and if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers and add to your account by call 611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

Hi @slow987 so, you were able to login My Account and able to try to pay? If so , your account was just suspended and not deactivated
Try to use a laptop or desktop. There could still be some kind of problem paying when using mobile or tablet

Yeah you want to be careful with that terminology. Do you mean it just got suspended? Or when did you last pay? If more than 4 months ago then yes the account would be deactivated.
If you're just suspended then you could buy a voucher and use 611 to enter it. Or go to a couple stores and do the real time payment method.

Accounts that are deactivated are gone for good. You'll need a new sim to start a new account with a different email address. You can use the same credit card though.

Deactivated means account went past 90 days without being renewed.
Suspended means account is inactive and waiting for renewal payment. If not paid within 90 days...then account is Deactivated and closed down.
