Keep resetting Public Mobile Password in a loop

@CS_Agent My credit card expired and I have no service. Cannot get into my Public Mobile account to update. After repeatedly and successfully getting a forgot password text message and successfully changing my password, Public Mobile won't recognize my credentials. Please help correct this, so I can pay my account and reconnect my service.

Edge worked for me.

Use a different browser if you can't load Public Mobile. I could not load in Google chrome.

no more reset password  try to log into My Account with Incognito mode or another browser  with you last password you changed to 

 

If still not working, i guess you need to open ticket with PM support

Try dialing 611 to make payment ...you will need to enter your PM pin though.

Then deal with cc issue later.

try using incognito mode.Clear your cache files.

Try different web browser...(firefox works for me)

Wait for an hour.
