Payment came of twice

I tried changing my subscription which worked but I had two payments come off. My old subscription and my new one. The old one was $31.50 and the other is $36.75. Would like some help please!!

This is normal if you want to change your plan NOW. If you changed the plan on your NEXT RENEWAL DATE then it shouldn’t happen.

did you use Change now option?  if you used it, you authorized PM to charge you new plan now. You should have used Change on Renewal.  But if you just changed it, PM agent might be able to do something

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
