I tried to subscribe with 3 different credit cards, all within the expire date (at least 2 years to expire), correct postal code, and none of them work. It keeps saying "Payment Failed! Please try again or use a different payment method."
Tried many times none of them work. Please help:)

that is strange, is your account currently active? you might have to make a manual payment before subscribing/autopaying.
You could try on a web browser using a private/incognito window, as sometimes PM has cache issues.

@lukelnger It needs to be Canadian / US issued credit card visa debit card , also when using the app clear app cache or uninstall it and reinstall it and when you log back in be sure to allow use location permission. And the postal code for card needs to match that of the address you use

payment system sometimes is trouble
were you using the app? try uninstall the PM app, reboot and reinstall
then try a different email address to create another account and try subscribe again
