I've just noticed that on September 20 I have been charged $16.65 for what I assume is my account. Problem is, this account has been suspended and I have no intention of reactivating it. It was set up by mistake (mine) so since the original problem has been corrected this charge should not have appeared on my credit card. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this for me and hopefully sort it out. Thanks in advance.

My note said the account is SUSPENDED and that autopay is not active. Besides, even if it was enabled, this would not be the renewal date. Thanks anyway.

If you have autopay set, PM will charge you on renewal date.
