Choices to cancel service:
1. Quick and keep your phone number.
- PORTing/transferring your number to other provider cancels your PM account immediately.
2. Slow and do not keep your phone number.
- Disable autopay/pre-authorized payment
- Ask agent to Remove credit card info to avoid accidental charges by PM.
Your account will be suspended due to no payment at your next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, your account will be deleted. You have 90 days to change your mind by paying to reactivate your account.
- To stop service immediately, select lost/stolen phone.
Click on Automatic Payments, then on Remove AutoPay
3. ‘Sell’ your plan and do not keep your phone number
If you have a plan with high demand and with a lot of rewards (loyalty, referrals) or desirable phone number, you can let someone to take over your account. Your phone number will go with the plan to the new owner. You will have to notify all your contacts your phone number is not yours anymore.
You will have to change all account info (address, name, email, etc.) and replace credit card.

HI @Seungyoung
how long you have been with PM and are you on the old rewards system? If so, there might be people wanting to take over your account if you are willing to do that.
And disabling Autopay as advised by @Outdoorsman is all your need to "cancel" the account. Your account will be in suspended stage at the end of this cycle. There is a 90 days grace period in case you change you mind or it will be closed permanently then.

@Seungyoung hi just go into your self serve account and go to payment methods,disable pre authorized payments ,your account will close after 90 days of suspended mode
