Payment Dates Changing???

Hi all, was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that their payment due date has changed? My payment had previously been due on the 19th of the month but now, all of a sudden, it's due on the 18th of the month. Likewise, my son's account had previously been due on the 21st of each month but has now switched to be due on the 20th of each month. Why have we been docked a day of paid service?

yes, you are correct.  Feb is a good month  The renewal date after Feb will move 2 days the other way 🙂

Thanks for answering! Does this mean that in Feb, it'll move back by 2 days since there are only 28 days in that month?

HI @Cactusgirl 

this is Normal.

Unlike most services, PM's cycle is 30 days.  so, the payment date will move up.  And because of the 30 days nature, there is no way to set it to a particular date
