has anyone else been waiting 8 days with no service after pre paying only to be ignored by FransiCON

how PM support works is that they work as a team.  You send a message or ticket to PM agents and whoever available will work on it.  One person might have helped you earlier but can be another agent replying after.  So, you don't need to chase after a particular agent to reply.  In fact, you can simply reply the message to @CS_Agent  and they will follow up.
