So I have sent a ticket to seek the answer to my question which is the following scenario:

Joined June 9,2021 (anniversary date)

Been getting $1 off per month from June 9 ,2022- 2023( 1 yr) . Then $2 off per month from June 9, 2023-2024.(2 yr)

Then in May 2024 switched to Point Program and received 10 points on June 9,2024 (3 yr).

On June 9,2025 can I expect to receive 40 points , 10 pts  1yr  2022-2023, 10 pts  2 yr  2023-2024,  10 pts 3 yr 2024-2025 and 10 pts  4 yr  start 2025-2026

I will advise as to when I get an answer

So the answer as some of you mentioned is correct and their are no more Loyalty points for the years when you joined.

You will only get 10 Anniversary points and not the great setup of getting $1 of after 1 yr and then $2 for 2yrs and so on.    Only 10 points every year that is it.

That is quite a change as we also lost $2 fper month for using your credit card as automatic payment.  We only get 1.3  points per month

@Bart23 , the points reward program only issues 10 point every anniversary regardless of the number of years the account has been opened.  No need to ask support for information that is already available in the help articles covering the point reward system.

Don't we all wish....but no it's 10 points a year every year. There's no more loyalty around here.
