Payment: Cancel autopay

I want to cancel autopay on my account because i am out of the country and can't log into my account for a variety of reasons.

you can also ask them to remove the credit card, so no chance for them to charge by mistakes

you can ask PM to help.  since you cannot login and you won't be able to open Chatbot ticket, better to message them
