Locked out of my account

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I am not computer or cell phone savvy.  

I am locked out of my second cell phone account, when I had to change passwords .

I keep getting a notice to wait 60 minutes even If I wait days to try logging in.

I need some expertise to resolve  this.

you need PM to help.  You won't be able to use the Chatbot to open ticket since you cannot login, so, message them using this link:

Try again 

  1. using Inocgnito/private/secret mode on the browser to reset password and login
  2. try using Public Mobile app , set Location permission before using the app to login 

if neither work, you will to ask PM support agent to sort it out.  Please message them
