Paying for a small amount of data--but it is not working

Hi there

I have asked IT for support with this but no reply. I have an old I-Phone that I use mostly for staying in touch with home when I am out working. So just 250 MB data but it does not work for me...can only check email when connected to WIFI and cannot send or receive photos.

iPhone 4 need a special procedure.  I believe all the info is in the post @Anonymous linked to.

Try to reset your APN settings to the default. Are you sure your data is active and not used up?

@wbc reset your network settings

1. From the home screen navigate to Settings>General>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings
If prompted enter your passcode
3. Tap Reset Network Settings
4. Restart your phone
