My email is different that when I originally signed up. Cannot access my account. How do I re boot?

@Ys8 - Do you know your 4 digit account pin? Is your registered credit card still valid? Did you use the lost/stolen function before or did it suspend for lack of payment (or autopay failure)?
You can use 611 to pay with your registered credit card and your 4 digit pin. You can buy vouchers in stores and online and use 611 without the pin to enter the voucher. You can go to some stores and use the real time payment option.
These options will unsuspend the account. Then you can use the SMS option to login.

Hi @Ys8 you remember the My Account login? did you try Reset Password?
if it does not help, open ticket with CS agent and they can reset it for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Ys8- But can you log in? If so then maybe you turned off the option to use 2FA for logging in.
Is your service suspended? Are you not able to get the email from your email inbox? You can pay with vouchers or real time payments. Then you can use the SMS option to verify.

@JeffWarren When you open ticket with Chatbot, you can do this to get to ticket opening screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@JeffWarren While you wait for customer support to make the necessary email change, you can also dial 611 on your phone to make a payment either with a CC (if already registered on account) but you need to know your 4 digit PIN, or purchase a voucher from any retailer, gas/convenience store and then load it via 611 by entering the 12 digit PIN.
