I recently changed banks and added new card for payment but it's not working for some reason. I'd like to pay manually but I don't have an account pin. Please help

Could you please clarify 'it's not working'.
Did you try to add small amount first using option Other in Payment?
What error message do you get?

@Jaycarjudy Makes sure to clear your browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode or another browser when trying to make your payment. Your other option (until you can sort out the CC) is to purchase a voucher from most retailers/gas/convenience store and load it by dialing 611 on your phone.

@Jaycarjudy If the new card is there already, Perfect!!
Now go to Payment Tab, One-time payment and use the option "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" instead of Amount Due
when you use this option , manually enter the plan amount and submit
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Make-a-Payment/
Once payment gone through, if you see the button "Reactivate current plan" around, click on it ,
then logoff My Account and reboot your phone and you should be ok

get in touch with Customer Support Agent (publicmobile.ca)
to reset your 4 digits PIN.

@Jaycarjudy Yes, can you login to My account on the web (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/) ? You have your password to login ? You don't need your 4 digits PIN for this site
You will need to login there and choose Payment Tab->Managed my account and Replace this credit card to update the card
