And as I said, you can actually change the phone number to get the 2FA code from her phone to yours by updating Manage EverSafe ID in My Account's profile

if you have access to her account, you can easily disable it by going to the Payment page, Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed"
While you are there, you can also change the phone number where 2FA will be received to your ownor any phone number is not currently tied with PM's EverSafe system
Just go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID

I didn’t have to worry at the time. Things were good. I can access her account I have the password but it sends the confirmation code to her phone. So I can’t get right in the account. I already cancelled my credit card anyways

PM is an online service and members have complete control of their account.
I wouldn’t blame this was PM fault…it is your fault for not making note of your daughter’s email and password.
Daughter was pretty smart to out smart dad!

@Markham78 You can turn auto pay off . And leave account in suspended star for 90 days . If you don’t make payment in 90 days from the may payment account will be closed for good . So long as you make payment before the 90 days after last payment say like the 85-87 day . You can resume services for 30 days and rinse and repeat as much as you like
