If a customer does not remember their password and security question and answer then they require a password reset from the moderators to change their password.

@Happiness1 : There isn't just one way 🙂 because it depends.
Did you try the Forgot your password? link? If you can log in to your self-serve account then click on Change Your Password in the My Profile box.
Or for the community, you can reset it by clicking on your avatar upper right (sailboat) and clicking My settings and then the Password tab.
