Hi i requested to reset my password the link in the email doesnt work it like doesnt load .. what can i do to reset my password? and how can i reset it?
Someone pleasr help me i have to make a payment and cant log in..

The link does not work because of the wrong ip address. If you replace it with https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/, it should load. I just reported this to the team and hopefully they fix it soon.
