I can't access to my account because ny account number and password do not correspond.
I don't have access to password forgotten.
Originally I press password save but nothing is working.

@MichelPicher - Account number? Do you mean email when logging into My Account?
If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, or ported your Public Mobile number to another provider, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to My Account.
Are you a current customer?
If having issues about which email you signed up with (if you did register for a My Account), use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.

@MichelPicher try again using Incognito mode and see if it works
If not, then try to use the Reset Password link there, enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

Access to your account is achieved with your username and the password that was set up upon activation. The username is the original email address you would have provided.
Your account number is not used for login purposes.

@MichelPicher Can you go to forgot password and check your email for password code reset otherwise support can help u regain access to your account
