Hi, I did a port from Voip.ms, I can call people but cannot receive calls or texts, please help as I am stuck. It said that ports take upto 3 business days to complete. It has been 2 weeks now. Is there anything that I am missing?

@yashp2220 i know Voip.ms could be more trouble. Also contact Voip.ms and ask if they got the porting request and if any error

Voip.ms is a voip service, it will take as many as 7 days to complete. So, if it is less than 7 days so far, what you experiencing is normal., you can make outbound calls but cannot receive inbound. Only until porting is done, as many as 7 days, then you will get inbound calls
Just reboot your phone daily and check. Please do not call porting team now if it is less than 7 days, it is normal for porting from voip carrier to take longer

@yashp2220 I can send you the porting team number private message . They can re trigger the port request . did you also ensure the number could be ported to PM
