Paid twice

Ken25
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hello

May 3rd, I changed my plan and paid 34$ for new plan. However I already purchased and paid 53$ at April 27 for 30 days. I would like to get my money back for last 23 days.

I agree with @fixin1 here @Ken25

You've lost that $53 and you won't be getting a refund. You can TRY to ask for one but you'd be wasting your time. Because you are given the option to switch right away or on renewal, you chose now. Remember, you prepay for your service. Therefore forfeiting what you paid.

@Ken25 - Since you used Change Now, you won't get a refund. That is what Change on Renewal is for. Although you may get a refund, it is unlikely, so I would not recommend wasting the time for contacting an agent:
