I went on vacation to Mexico for 3 months. I suspended my service and did unsuspend it before the 90 days were up. I used a Mexican sim card in Mexico for the 3 months no problem. When I got back to Canada I unsuspended my PM account and paid for the month service. When I put my PM sim card in my phone it says No sim. When I put my Mexican sim back in my phone the phone sees the Mexican sim. I tried my PM sim in another Iphone and it says no sim also. I think something has happened to my PM sim card so the phone does not see it. My phone is is an Iphone 8 and only holds 1 physical sim card. What can I do to fix this problem?

Hi @mary_1950
If your iPhone says “No SIM” even after inserting your Public Mobile SIM card, and it doesn’t work in another phone either, then the SIM card is likely damaged or deactivated.
Here’s what you can do:
This will reactivate your service on the new SIM while keeping your phone number and plan intact.

make sure you remove the Mexico sim card, then reboot phone and go to Settings->Cellular screen to check if Public Mobile sim is there. Enable it by turning on Turn on this line option and set it as Primary
