My mother is without phone service right now, regardless of the fact she has paid for it.
She signed up for public mobile (with my assistance) and during the esim activation process it failed.
We cannot get any support because she cannot login because it requires access to her new number that we can't activate esim for so we are stuck.
The ai bot refuses to help until we can log into her account which is not possible.

Yes, they asked me to provide some verification info like address email credit card number. Which I responded with all that information. They have never gotten back to me

That's sad to hear that it's still not resolved yet.
And you checked your inbox? If they message you and you dont respond within a certain time they will consider you no longer need help and close your case.

This is insane.
I have messaged several service agents, I have followed all your instructions. I provided all the info you need and nobody ever responds.
We paid for phone service 3 weeks ago and we still don't have any.

Just an update
I have messaged and responded to customer service requests for information like address credit card info etc which I have provided and I am still waiting on a reply.
She is still without a phone and it's been weeks

So I reached out to customer service no response. I know there is nothing I can do and we're not going to get the money we paid back but I'm worried public is going to keep charging us and we have no way to turn it off

You can type in Submit a Ticket on Chatbot and you can connect with a CS_Agent is the first option.
The other option is dm them but will take longer for them to reply back.
