I tried paying for my regular plan on my subscription renewal date and it said “sorry unable to make payment at the this time”. So I tried it again and noticed that two payments were taken from my chequing account (even though it said that it couldn’t be completed the first time). I paid twice for the same plan. Wondering how I can get this reversed and get my money back??

@Kennymacpherson Check your account see if the money is in your available funds if it is just leave it there for next renewal . If not use this link to submit ticket with support to help reverse .
