I have auto pay on my account and service was ended but my bank account shows that it is paid. Can you please look into this for me and let me know what has happened?

@rhonda can you log into selfserve what does the status say?
What does payment history show?
Does it show available balance?
Can you post a screenshot, removing personal info?
