new service activation

• I wanted to port my number 437-422-1215 from virgin mobile to public mobile but unfortunately virgin mobile is unable to transfer my number thats why I canceled virgin mobile account. Kindly generate a new phone number starting either 647 or 437. Will appreciate thank you very much

hi @inaaya123 if you have not activated an account yet, you can pick new number during activation 

if you requested porting,  got into problem and cannot port, them ask support agent for help to get new number. message them here
