I paid my bill twice this morning and my account is still suspended. It's like my payments aren't being registered. It still says I owe money.

Made a payment, they took my money, account still suspended as well. Hope they fix this soon.

Didn't work. I've submitted a ticket. Hopefully it's resolved soon.

No not fixed yet but I was able to submit a ticket so we'll see how quickly it is resolved.

This has happened to me as well and now i have like 200.00 tied up with public that I can't use and don't know when it will be refunded i've tried every option above.

Do you have any service?
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@lk1972 please try login again using Incognito mode and see if Account stays show active and if one of the payment showing as available find
