how long you waited? It usually takes a week but can be up to 3 weeks.
Check with support agent and see what they can do. They might agree you to buy another sim card locally and pay you back the extra cost. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
