incoming call

Why all of my incoming calls goes to voicemail immediately?  Please help to fix it.

you sure that is not the voicemail of you old carrier?

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply YES?

and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone?  If you cannot the port was not done

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call

Step 1

Check to see if Call blocking or call forwarding is turned on. Simply visit your phone settings to see if your phone lists any blocked numbers or blocks unknown phone numbers or spam calls.

Step 2 - Restart phone - if that stills does not fix it. follow step 3

Step 3 - turn off cell phone, and take out sim card, wait 2 minutes, and place sim card back in phone, and turn phone back on.

more info please. Is yours a new account ? Did you recently port in to PM from previous network ? Do you have Do Not Disturb enabled in Settings ?
