Paid for 20gig but cut off at 15

I signed up for the 20 gig special, I am at 14.5 gig and get warnings that I will be cut at 15gig. WHY ? You advertise 20gig and cut at 15.

You can change your plan yourself in your online account, if that's what you'd like to do. Just click Change Subscription and select a plan. Normally we recommend scheduling the change for your next renewal, but if you're out of data already you might want to consider changing it immediately. Just note there is no prorated refund on your current plan.

But first check with @CS_Agent to find out why you're only getting 15GB if you're on a 20GB plan as you say.

Not sure how to contact @CS_Agent new to this msg thing I'm 75 years old ... is there a charge to upgrade to the 40 at 45 5g

@Cdvideo And your payment history shows that every month? I'm stumped! Unless your browser is pulling in a cached version of your dashboard, but that still wouldn't explain the text. At this point I'd suggest contacting @CS_Agent via private message.

Checked my payments first one June 6 so within the 20 for 39.00

I'm sure it was a special offer of 20 for 39 when I started I will look at my email to confirm when but the 40 at 45 looks better

@Cdvideo  Or there’s a 40GB $45  30 days 5G speeds unlimited data plan . Might be if best value to you if your a heavy data user 

@Cdvideo Signed up for what? The $39/20GB plan only launched in May of this year (just over 3 months ago).

@Cdvideo Can you go to Change Subscription and see what plan it says you're on at the top? I'm thinking your intended plan change didn't take effect and you may be on the $40/15GB plan.  

@Cdvideo  Your on the 15GB for $40 plan you should switch plan for next renewal to the 20GB for $39 plan

@Cdvideo It could be an erroneous message. I got one a few weeks ago that said my account was suspended mid cycle (it wasn't).

Have you logged into your account to confirm?

@Cdvideo  Just notification text you used up 75%!of your data . You can also keep track of your usage in your account like this 

Try again incognito/private mode 

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
