Sim card activation

I downloadsed the app but I cannot log in. Everytime I entered my credentials, it brings me back to the log in page of the app. I chosea phone plan, I entered the Sim cartd number, I paid but this is where I get stuck.

@Kueuttelie  If you have been charged already please try the SIM card in phone and reboot it or reset network settings . Also you can try to uninstall the app and re install it . If still no luck please submit ticket with support
