I auto paid my plan October 31st.2022 but phone was deactivated due to not paying. Help

@wayneski hello go into your account and make a manual payment ,look for a reactivate button to restart your plan,also reboot your phone

HI @wayneski Please login to My Account, check if account status is suspended
And check payment history to see if it shows PM renewed the plan on Oct 31
It is possible that PM didn't take money on Oct 31 as Autopay could have failed. if that is the case and it shows PM didn't take the money, they make a manual payment to reactivate.
If they did take the money on Oct 31, then did you recall you chargeback any PM or Koodo or Telus transaction on your credit card?
