Hi,
I bought this US roaming add on with unlimited text , call and 250MB data. On the first day, data worked well. I got a text from Public Mobile that I used most of my data already. Then data stopped working. I checked my account and it showed I still had plenty left but still purchased another 1GB of data. Data still doesn't work. Any idea how I can fix this?

Too late for troubleshooting but if you tried both T-Mobile and AT&T without success request a rebate. Since time is not critical it's less aggro to just send a private message to the CSAs.

You've probably used all your data but the website is showing you a cached image of your remaining data. Try logging in in Ignognito mode to see your actual remaining data. It doesn't take long to blow through 250MB.

Log in to your account / Plan and Add-ons / Add on Usage....and click the refresh icon on lower right side of screen.
It should show you how much Roaming Data is available to you currently.
