My plan expired a week ago and I just now paid the amount to have it reinstated. There's still no service on my phone and when I log in it shows plan still expired. My payment has posted as it shows the amount in available credit. Any idea?

I restarted the phone and still nothing but I just added a dollar to the account and it's working now. Thanks a lot for the help!

@DCfreedom try the lost stolen trick if that doesnt work try adding 1 dollar to your account these tricks sometimes wake things up

Hey, yes I do. When I click it, it takes me to the payment page. But my payment was already posted. It shows an available balance and 0.00 due. So if I try to pay the amount due and submit it just says account already has enough balance.
