My plan expired on July 9 and I wanted to change my plan.. so I did that, made the payment, and now it shows zero amount due, plan expired, and nothing working. I tried making another one dollar payment to get the system moving, also tried the lost/s...
My plan expired a week ago and I just now paid the amount to have it reinstated. There's still no service on my phone and when I log in it shows plan still expired. My payment has posted as it shows the amount in available credit. Any idea?
