Package upgrade Info, Special Offer sent of 35/month for 20 GB

Hi,

I hope you're doing well. I have a question regarding my current package and the potential to upgrade it.

Currently, I'm on the $25/month package, but with rewards, my monthly charge is brought down to $19. I receive $3 off for three years of loyalty, $1 off for referring a friend, and $2 off for opting into auto-payment. With that said, I'm interested in upgrading my package but would like to retain my current rewards.

I've seen several package offers, and one that caught my eye was the $35/month package for 20GB. However, the message offering this did not clarify how it works or whether I'd retain my rewards. I'm also open to upgrading to the $39 package. Can you clarify if my rewards will remain unchanged with these new packages? If not, which rewards would I lose upon upgrading?

You are in luck @Theengineer as public has reintroduced the flash sale so you can select a similar plan for $34 if you choose 90 day payment plan for 20gb data.

Rewards will transfer to your new plan, no worries. Are you sure that promo is still available though? That was a targeted text offer that expired September 5th from what I recall. When did you receive that text?

@Theengineer  You can change plans when ever you want and you will still keep your old rewards there tied to your account not your plan . Just make sure to change plan on renewal and not immediately or you lose money in your current cycle . I change plans often and always kept my rewards have a peek proof is in the pudding

Are you not too late to accept as I thought it expired Sept. 5th?  From what I understand your rewards stay with your account but it's better to change plans for the next renewal cycle as public doesn't prorate for remaining days in the cycle.
