This cusotmer isn't porting from Telus Mobility to Public Mobile. The customer is going from Public Mobile to Rogers.

As long as your account is active, you can port your number. Best to reach out to Rogers to take care of all the porting. Not much public mobile can do here. It's all up to Rogers.

@LoriChmiliar You start the porting process with Roger’s leaving your public mobile sim in phone and account active , public mobile will send you confirmation text that you need reply YES too . Once you have successfully ported number out of PM it will automatically close your PM account and you won’t be charged again
