Canceling AutoPay on number portout

I've transferred my number out of PM but forgot to cancel autopay. Now my account is inaccessible. Can a mod make sure my auto-pay is off? My account is due to top up from my CC in a few days.

As mentioned, you can always reach out to a Moderator to look into your account specifically but it should be fine because your account is essentially cancelled and thus, there's nothing to Auto-pay any more.

 

Two additional thoughts:

  1. If you have any amounts owing for any reason, your credit card may still be charged to settle these amounts.
  2. If for any reason you do get charged, Public Mobile should be able to reverse them (via Moderator), or if not, your credit card always has a Dispute option that usually takes less than 5 minutes to complete online.

 

I don't foresee any problems since your account will be closed so I wouldn't worry about it.  It's still a few days away so their system won't have already "processed" your payment, so would recommend just waiting and checking after - if it you get charged, you have options!  🙂
