I know that Telus is parent company of PM. Up until recently my browser would save my cell plan passwords under Public Mobile but have now noticed that now they have updated to show as TELUS.
Is this perhaps because they plan to drop the PM name and switch completely to TELUS?

fyi, I noticed yo have your private message setting turned off.
There is no "Send a message" option under your profile. Don't like private messaging? You know if you need to get in contact with CSA, this will need to be turned back on, I believe.

Yes, I think some phones will see it Telus instead of Public Mobile. But as long as it works, we will take it. It is using Telus network anyway 🙂

I would not worry about it, Public Mobile is not going anywhere. As long as the competition run a similar branding formula, Telus will have to match.

Public Mobile has changed things up to further confuse its customers.
The credentials for the new login to the "my rewards" is through a TELUS server and not Public Mobile so your password manager will have to save a whole different set of credentials not associated with your traditional public mobile self service login.

@BEER I think you are talking about the My Rewards website.
My Rewards site get routed to Telus server (https://telusidentity.telus.com/) as it is using Telus on the backend
But no worry, at the end of the day, Telus/Koodo/PM is just one big family
And one thing to note, if you ever see Koodo shows up on your credit card, it is "OK", some customers has been seeing Koodo charging on behalf of PM. Amount is correct , just it got collected by Koodo instead of PM. So, it is "kind of" normal (No, we don't like it , but it happens 😞 )
